I have to say, I was skeptical at times. Even during the session I was thinking this is crazy, but I was open and tried everything Adam asked of me. I have tried tons of therapy, both conventional and non-conventional. Nothing seemed to help me with my deep seeded anxiety and depression, that I’ve had since I was a child. Adam was fantastic and I feel so different now. I’m still processing everything but I can say that this is the best I’ve felt in as long as I can remember.
